Fayetteville High School plays in the 7A West (7A largest) conference in Arkansas. The Bulldog Baseball team has tied a state record by winning 4 straight state championships. Fayetteville has played in the title game 6 of the past 8 years and won it five times. The Bulldogs are coached by Vance Arnold who restarted the program in 1988.
