State Cross Country Championships

Friday Schedule:

Athletes are to attend their 1st period class on Friday ! Report to FHS Cross Country Locker Rooms after 1st period !
The bus will leave at 9:30 AM - Stop in Waldron at 12:00 PM for lunch - Check into the Lake Hamilton Resort at 2:00 PM - Go to race course at 3:00 PM - Go to dinner at 5:30 PM - Return to resort by 7:00 PM

Saturday Schedule:

Athletes up by 8:30 AM - Breakfast at 9:30 AM - Checkout and leave for race course at 11:00 AM
Team Lodging: Lake Hamilton Resort - 2308 Albert Pike Road - 501.767.8606
Transportation: Bus will depart from Cross Country Locker Room at 9:30 AM on Friday, November 7th - Bus will return to Fayetteville around 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 8th.
Supervision: Coaches Kelly and Susan O'Meara - Coach Kevin Thomas - Michelle Fyfe
Race Schedule: 7A Boys will run at 12:45 PM - 7A Girls will run at 1:15 PM
Race Location: Oaklawn Park Infield , Hot Springs, AR Hosted by Lake Hamilton High School
What to bring: Overnight Bag w/necessities, Training shoes, Race shoes, Warmups, Snacks - Athletes will be given $15.00 in meal money - so bring extra money for 1 additional meal and any state meet souvenirs
Note: Athletes may ride home with parents after cool down and team meeting. Please inform coaches when you leave.
