Answers

  1. The team practices daily (the second semester) starting during 7th period.
  2. Yes, but only if you are on the soccer team. The class itself is closed to only FHS soccer players. If you are an FHS student and on the soccer team (grades 10-12) the coaches would like for you to sign up for Athletics-mens soccer for both semesters (all year). If you are a 9th grader who is on the soccer team, you need to have Athletics-mens soccer on your schedule for the second (Spring) semester. All schedule changes go to Coach Ternes for final approval to be included in the class.
  3. FPS provides buses to bring student-athletes (football, track, soccer, etc) from the juniors highs (Ramay and Woodland) to FHS.
  4. All paperwork (physicals, medical release forms, student/athlete contracts) must be completed before any player can participate in practice or games.
  5. Soccer practice (pre-season) starts the first day of class after Christmas vacation (second semester).  The soccer season officially starts late Feb/early March.
